| If you wish to find out the current market value of a home to have a rough idea when making a decision such as purchasing, selling, requesting a loan or mortgage, inheritance, etc. The information provided is not official and has no legal validity, so it will not be valid for any financial or legal transactions, and it may not be used to apply for a mortgage, as it will not have been obtained in accordance with the regulation ECO/805/203. |

| The value range is calculated through analytical and statistical procedures from the information contained in Euroval's data base in relation to the market where the analysed property is located, and according to the basic features entered by the user in the request form. Thus, the higher the accuracy of the details entered in the form, the more precise the estimated value. The obtained value may be higher or lower than the actual value, as it will depend on a number of features that can only be appreciated and quantified by our technical assessors upon visiting the property. |

| If you require a more precise estimation of the value, or to obtain a certificate with full legal validity or for other purposes, we recommend that you request an appraisal from Euroval at this website www.euroval.com/encargos. If you appoint our services for an appraisal of the same property, any amounts paid towards the Preveo report shall be deducted from the appraisal's invoice. |

| Unfortunately, Preveo is currently only designed to obtain valuations for flats, semi detached homes or detached town houses. If you wish to find out the market value for that type of property, we recommend that you request an appraisal from Euroval at this website www.euroval.com/encargos. |

| >> | How much does Preveo cost? |
| The price for a Preveo report is €19 including taxes. It is also possible to buy bulks of reports that can be used when and as required with no time limits. If you appoint our services for an appraisal of the same property, any amounts paid towards the Preveo report shall be deducted from the appraisal's invoice. |
| >> | How can I obtain a Preveo report? |
| Preveo reports can be paid online using a credit card during the request process. If preferred, you may buy reports in bulk and pay by wire transfer to the following bank account: 0049-4609-03-2810494029. Once the wire transfer is processed, please contact us by email to euroval@euroval.com or by fax on (+34) 902 947 512 stating the user name provided by Preveo. Please include a copy of the receipt and the number of Preveo reports that you wish to pay for. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your payment is received and your Preveo reports are ready to be used. |

| Preveo will not calculate the value of any home that does not fall within the existing market, or homes located in areas for which there is no available information. This is to guarantee that the calculation obtained will be in line with the different features of the property. All payments effected shall be kept in your Preveo account so, in the event that your report can not be provided, you will still be able to request a different report or contact us to cancel the charge on your credit card. | >> | How will I receive my invoice? |
| You will receive your invoice by email upon payment of an individual Preveo reports or bulk buy. You may also view a list of all previous invoices in the Account Top Up section. |
| >> | What does the term Insurance Value stand for? |
| The insurance value means the construction value. This is the value used by the insurers to assess your annual premium. It is also the same value that would be paid to you by the insurance company in the event of a total loss of the insured property. |
